21 Day Challenge!
The challenge was to be in competition shape in a 3 week period! He turned to me for his preparation!
The very first step was to evaluate his body shape and the physical capacity at present time then to choice the right methods to be able to progress faster. This is what we did to realize this impossible challenge! Let me tell you that the goal and deadline forced me to go to drastic measures, which was an unusual practice in bodybuilding preparation. When you go against the clock you have to produce exponential results which cannot be done with a normal preparation especially if you want to be in shape and ready in 3 weeks!
You can make this possible only if you have a flexible approach; a personal experience on this specific subject, and enough knowledge on training methods and training systems.
This specific training system was created for Mohamed in this particular situation! When we started on day one, Mohamed was out of shape and had a limited physical capacity.
Each preparation day served the next one as reference, or guide line or base of which we could work on.
During Mohamed’s training I observed and analysed his reaction to different methods. His training program was not made to last a long time, in fact in a daily basis I made constant verifications and modifications to be able to progress towards our goal which is the fundamental of the A.R.T System.
